Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or Store credit within 15 days of receipt of goods.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS

In the highly unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our product please provide an email with a clear description of the reason why you are unsatisfied with our product in an email to our customer support team. Once we receive your email, we shall arrange for a Exchange of the products.

The above is only applicable if 70% of the Ready to Eat Product (One Boil) that you have ordered is unused and the email stating the cause of dissatisfaction is sent within 15 days of receipt of goods.

WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

The recipient must make arrangements with G. Surgiwear Ltd. (Food Division). support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to G. Surgiwear Ltd. (Food Division).

PACKAGES HELD UP WITH CUSTOMS IN DESTINATION COUNTRY

If your package is stopped by the Customs/FDA it is best advised that you contact the authority and clear the issue with them. Any Custom Duties that are levied by the department of the destination country has to be borne by the customer.

It is solely the customer's responsibility to get the consignment released, however, we will be happy to help and support you in whatever possible way.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This is usually due to the Courier Agency not being able to deliver in a remote location or repeated unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address. In such cases, we will attempt to re-ship orders as soon as we get them back by a different courier (if required).
